Danielle M. Clarke, Esq.

Lead Pastor, Christ Culture Community

Pastor Danielle M. Clarke, Esq., is a visionary leader, teacher, and builder whose ministry sits at the intersection of faith, culture, and community transformation. As the Lead Pastor of Christ Culture Community, Pastor Danielle leads with a conviction that following Christ should transform how we live, love, and build together—spiritually, relationally, and economically.

Rooted in a generational legacy of faith, Pastor Danielle’s walk with Christ began early under the guidance of her grandmother and parents, both pastors and spiritual leaders. She accepted Christ at the age of eleven and has spent her life learning to live out God’s Word with authenticity and power. In 2012, she accepted her call to preach, and in 2016, she was ordained at God’s Will Christian Church, where she later succeeded her father, Dr. Pearstine Adgerson, as pastor in 2025.

Throughout her ministry journey, Pastor Danielle has faithfully served in diverse roles—Director of Administration, Executive Pastor, Praise Team Coordinator, and Youth Minister—each preparing her to shepherd communities with both strategy and soul. Her ministry has always centered on developing people, cultivating excellence, and building spaces where faith feels relevant, healing is prioritized, and people flourish.

In addition to her pastoral leadership, Pastor Danielle co-founded The Sister Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers women to thrive spiritually and professionally. Through this platform, she has led national Bible studies, hosted conferences, and provided scholarships and business grants to women leaders across the country. Her heart for community building led to the creation of Christ Culture Community, a movement committed to discipling people and transforming culture through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Outside of ministry, Pastor Danielle and her husband launched Clarke & Co. Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm serving nonprofits, corporations, and ministries. Together, they help leaders grow in integrity, clarity, and impact—living out their shared mission to empower people and strengthen communities.

A lifelong learner and thought leader, Pastor Danielle is also the author of My Heart’s Cry: Prayers and Petitions, a devotional collection birthed from her heart for prayer, intercession, and encouragement. Professionally, she has served over 20 years in public service, most recently as Associate General Counsel and Ethics Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her background in law, ethics, and organizational leadership deeply informs her approach to ministry—anchored in justice, integrity, and love.

Pastor Danielle holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, a Master’s in Human Services (Family & Marriage Ministry) from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hood College. She is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity at Wesley Theological Seminary (expected May 2026).

Pastor Danielle is joyfully married to her husband of 21 years, Donald Clarke, and together they are the proud parents of Donald Wesley and Dillan Marie. Whether leading from the pulpit, mentoring leaders, or building systems that serve people well, Pastor Danielle’s life is centered on one calling: to equip people to follow Christ, transform culture, and build communities that flourish.
