How it all started...
In May 2019, Christ Culture Community began as an in-home small group where people gathered around Scripture, prayer, and food. It quickly became a creative space for exploring Scripture and building community. In that season, Pastor Danielle recognized a growing need: a place where the Word of God wasn’t just taught, but learned, digested, and applied.
While that small group paused during the pandemic, the vision continued to grow. God was forming something quietly, over time, in response to a real need.

Expanding the vision...
Christ Culture Community is the evolution of God’s Will Christian Church (GWCC). GWCC began as an in-home church plant in January 2005 and later expanded, relocating to Washington, DC. In 2025, the founding leaders—Pastor Dr. Pearstine (Dan) and First Lady Carol Adgerson—retired from leadership. In August 2025, Lead Pastor Danielle and her husband, Donald Clarke, were installed to lead the church into its next chapter and transition into Christ Culture Community.
